Remote (Must be UK - based) Contractor (Self - Employed) £13 per hour
Monday-Friday - 20 hours per week

The role
We're looking for a Customer Service Admin to support our growing client base. You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling bookings, refunds, complaints, and general support via email and WhatsApp. If you have a passion for great service and enjoy working remotely, we'd love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Manage class bookings, cancellations, and package adjustments
- Process refunds and resolve payment-related queries
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate effectively via email and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate customer records and support process improvements
Requirements
Minimum 3 year in an office, admin, or customer service role
Experience working remotely and managing online communication channels
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy
Fluent in English
Lives in the UK
