Our stations team at Stoke on Trent and Macclesfield are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Talent Bank of Customer Service Assistants. This includes Platform, Retail and Multifunctional roles across a range of contract types, including full time, part time, permanent, secondment and fixed term positions. Salaries vary depending on the role and location. We are committed to delivering excellent customer service with integrity and ambition.
Responsibilities- Provide travel assistance, information and guidance to customers throughout the station, including on platforms, concourse and all public areas.
- Take initiative in problem solving and provide reassurance to customers.
- Ensure the safe and punctual dispatch of all services.
- Keep colleagues and customers safe through completing safety checks on the station.
- Act as an ambassador for the company by going above and beyond for our customers.
Platform and Multifunctional roles are safety critical positions; applicants must pass a safety critical medical and a safety awareness assessment. Retail roles are non safety critical and only new entrants will require a medical (unless multifunctional). Training will be provided.
