Customer Service Apprentice - Level 3 Specialist

Harrods Limited invites applications for a Customer Service apprentice to join our in-store team on a 15-month programme. You'll develop skills to manage customer experiences across scenarios and gain a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.

You will primarily assist customers face to face on-site in Knightsbridge, with occasional telephone and email contacts, working 5 days a week and collaborating across store teams.
