Customer Service & Subscriptions - Publishing (Remote)

The Spectator is seeking a bright and confident Customer Service Assistant to support three brands, primarily handling subscriber enquiries, moderating comments, and fulfilling merchandise orders.

You will join a close-knit team, respond to inquiries by email and phone, and prioritise multiple tasks with a proactive, cheerful approach. Weekend remote work may be required from time to time.
