Customer Service & Resolution Specialist

Network Plus is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Kidlington to handle customer and client enquiries by phone, website, and email. You will deliver excellent service, manage information databases, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Reporting to Christine Graham, you will work full-time in the Thames department, contributing to KPI and SLA targets while providing a positive customer experience.
