Customer Service & Orders Specialist

Cathay Investments Limited in Croydon is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Group Head Office. You will work closely with the sales team to process orders and support UK operations, representing two leading brands: Lantor and Euroresins.

You will handle day-to-day customer requests, answer calls and emails, generate routine quotes, and manage shipping paperwork to keep deliveries on schedule.
