Customer Service & Orders Specialist - Accounts & Support

Plus One Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team in the lighting industry. You will process orders, respond to telephone and email enquiries, and ensure timely despatch while maintaining accuracy and high service standards.

The role combines customer service, sales support and administration, requiring excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities. Office hours Monday to Friday with on-site work.
