Customer Service & Order Support Specialist

A leading nutrition company in Sittingbourne is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customer needs through order processing and query resolution. Key responsibilities include processing customer orders for a wide range of products and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Candidates must have GCSE Maths and English, previous customer service experience, and be computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
