Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist

BRELLIS RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a results-driven customer service and sales order processing handler in Banbury. This is an office-based role focused on delivering outstanding service and ensuring orders are processed accurately and promptly.

You will confirm receipt of orders within 24 hours, process orders to delivery, arrange shipments, handle inquiries and routine complaints, and maintain records across contracts, stock, and shipments to support smooth operations.
