Customer Service & Hire Desk Advisor (Hybrid)

Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Bury St Edmunds to act as the frontline link between customers and the depot, handling orders from enquiry to delivery and collection.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate with stock, drivers and engineers, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business needs. The role is desk-based within a busy depot, with a focus on service excellence and process efficiency.
