Customer Service & Experience Advisor (12-Month Contract)

Specsavers in Kettering is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You'll help answer questions and resolve issues while ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and helpful.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-first approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A knowledge of Dutch is a plus. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
