Customer Service & Claims Specialist - Annual Bonus

We are seeking a Customer Service & Claims Administrator to join an established, friendly team near Bishops Stortford. The role handles customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat, processes claims, and provides day-to-day admin support in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will be organized, accurate and comfortable managing multiple tasks, with full training provided and a salary of £26,436 per annum (pro rata) plus an annual bonus.
