Customer Service & Account Coordination Specialist

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage key customer accounts from our Blackburn office. You will work with Account Directors to meet expectations and drive proactive service delivery, handling visits, quotes, and KPI reporting.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to resolve issues quickly, and solid IT literacy with Excel. It is office-based with standard hours and a focus on customer satisfaction.
