About the function Our Marketing team are creators, helping to build and nurture some of the world's most loved brands. About the team You'll be part of the Reservations Team within Irish Brand Homes, supporting customer engagement across the Guinness Storehouse, Guinness Open Gate Brewery, Roe & Co Distillery and Smithwick's Experience Kilkenny. The team manages customer interactions from booking through to post-visit engagement, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. About the role As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as an ambassador for Irish Brand Homes, delivering exceptional customer service across all channels. You will support customers from initial enquiry through to post-visit engagement, ensuring a seamless, digital-first experience while supporting ticketing operations and internal coordination. Role responsibilities Deliver professional, friendly customer service across phone, email, web and social channels Support customers with bookings and provide accurate, up-to-date information Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and feedback efficiently Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM and ticketing processes Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing and finance teams to support booking delivery Manage B2B and internal ticketing requests, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience What's in it for you?
