We are looking for experienced and motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our team, providing front-line support on housing repairs and general housing enquiries.In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, delivering high-quality, customer-focused service over the phone. You will primarily support our busy housing repair lines, while also assisting with a range of general housing-related queries.This is a fast-paced environment, so we are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Handle inbound calls relating to housing repairs and general housing enquiriesAccurately log repair requests and ensure timely escalation where requiredProvide clear, helpful advice and information to residentsDeliver excellent customer service, resolving queries efficientlyWork collaboratively with colleagues and service teams to meet customer needsAbout You
