Customer Service Advisor x8

Location: Harlow, Essex

Salary: £28,517 per annum

Start Date: Monday 21stSeptember

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly: Week 1: 8:00am - 4:30pm / Week 2: 9:30am - 6:00pm

Working Pattern: Office-based during training and probation, with hybrid working available after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.

We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a growing customer operations team based in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation where delivering an excellent customer experience is at the heart of everything they do.

This is a busy, office-based role where you'll handle a variety of customer enquiries, investigate issues, provide updates, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer receives a professional and efficient service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries over the phone.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Investigating customer issues and gathering relevant information.
  • UpdatingCRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve enquiries efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Completing administration and ensuring all case notes are accurate.
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A positive,resilient and professional approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Training

Successful candidates will start on Monday 21st September 2026 and complete a comprehensive three-week training programme. The role is fully office-based throughout training and the 6-month probation period, with hybrid working available upon successful completion of probation.
