Customer Service Advisor - Droitwich

Salary: £12.75 per hourJob Type: Full-time On-site

Contract- Temp for circa 6 months

Are you seeking a new opportunity with a well-established manufacturer to provide excellent customer support?

The customer service advisor will be responsible for resolving customer queries and maintaining and updating the ERP system in relation to customer orders and schedules. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing and excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process new customer orders via email
• Load orders onto the EPR system
• Review and upload customer schedules onto the ERP system
• Respond to customer queries via email in a timely manner
• Provide general administrative support including phone handling, inbox management
• Checking pricing against agreed price lists

Skills and Experience

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office
• A high level of numeracy and accuracy
• The ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues
• EPR experience is desirable, but not essential

Additional information

• Working hours Monday- Thursday 8am-5.15pm, Friday 1pm finish.

• Early finish on Fridays (1pm)
• Free on-site parking
