Beeston £13.12 per hour Full-time Fixed-term contract
Looking for a busy Customer Service role where no two days are the same?
We're recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a well-established organisation in Beeston. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and delivering great customer service, this could be a brilliant opportunity for you!
The role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll help customers with a wide range of queries across telephone, email, WhatsApp, live chat and social media.
You'll work in a busy, fast-paced environment, handling multiple enquiries and systems while providing a positive customer experience.
What we're looking for
Confident communication and a friendly, empathetic approach
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of queries
Confidence using computers and learning new systems
The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers
Previous experience in customer service, retail, healthcare or another customer-facing role would be great, but it's not essential.
Hours and working pattern
Full-time hours, office based in Beeston
Shifts between Monday and Sunday
Two full weekends worked in every four-week rotation, with time off during the week and two full weekends off
Flexibility is essential. Please note that annual leave cannot be authorised during the busy Black Friday period.
