The Important Details:

• Salary: £27,300
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5:30PM (1 hour lunch)
• Location: Warrington (own transport essential)
• Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

Your Role:

• Answering inbound calls and emails.
• Booking reservations and sorting out any changes.
• Helping customers with queries and handling complaints (with the full support of a great team!)

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience within Customer Service (could be from retail/hospitality etc).
• A friendly, outgoing personality & confidence on the phone.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 4/C in Maths & English at GCSE.
