Our client is seeking a professional individual with strong communication skills to join their busy team on a temporary basis. The role involves resolving issues during the first interaction in a timely manner while providing high quality customer service.
Responsibilities- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone
- Resolve issues and provide effective solutions
- Use internal systems and knowledge to support customers
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment. Strong listening and communication skills, along with a problem solving mindset, are important and you should be comfortable working individually as well as in a team.

Location: Cardiff - hybrid working
Hourly Rate: £15.54 per hour
Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Start Date: 10th August 2026
Duration: Temporary support for 12 months
Due to a structured training plan, we cannot consider anyone who has holidays in the first 4-6 weeks of this assignment.
