- Hourly Rate: £13.45 per hour
- Working hours: Part time - 20 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday)
- Work type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract (possibility to extend)

General duties- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B & B2C customers.
- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to successful resolution.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Accurately process customer orders, returns, credits, and customer records.
- Monitor back orders and proactively recommend suitable alternative products where appropriate.
- Liaise with internal departments, including Purchasing, Operations, and Sales, as well as external suppliers to resolve stock shortages and delivery issues.
- Work closely with courier partners to investigate and resolve transport and delivery queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership of responsibilities.
