My Client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their incredible team. You will be the first point of contact for external customers handling shipping requests and providing information and advice on transiting goods worldwide via Phone, Email, Twitter, Facebook, Web-Chat, etc. The role is based in Leicestershire, with a hybrid pattern of one week in the office and one week working from home until January 2027, after which it will be fully on site.
Working Hours and ScheduleOperational Hours: 08:00-19:15 (8 hour shift) - Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: 1 week in the office, 1 week working from home until January 2027; full time on site thereafter.
Responsibilities- Provide information and advice on international shipments and worldwide goods transit.
- Manage inbound calls, emails, social media, and web-chat from worldwide clients handling shipment requests.
- Build rapport with customers and establish their needs.
- Deliver a consistent call flow, giving customers confidence in the information provided.
- Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring customers have an informed choice.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes.
- Consistently providing a high level of service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel.
- 5 Year Compliance.
- Clean DBS check - each applicant must provide support to this process.
Pay rate: £15.34 per hour.
Training and Start Dates- Training: 2 weeks on site.
