Talent Guardian are recrutiing for Customer Service Advisors on a 12-week temp-perm contract in Guilford, Surrey. Please note you MUST be able to drive due to workplace location, there is zero public transport access. Location: Guilford, SurreyJob Type: 12-week temp- perm contractSalary: £12.76 per hour (raise after 12 weeks)Key Responsibilities:

• You must have generous, understanding, friendly customer service skills
• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders and updating customer records accurately
• Resolving customer queries and providing timely solutions
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• Booking deliveries and collections

What we are looking for:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience within a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
