Customer Service Advisor - Waste & Sustainability

Biffa is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a hazardous waste portfolio in Wednesbury. This full-time position covers 8:30-17:00 or 8-16:00 for a 9-month maternity cover contract, and focuses on delivering outstanding service by phone, email and other channels.

You will build trusted relationships with customers, support contract renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements while maintaining health and safety standards.
