Job Description
Make a difference as a Customer Service Advisor

Permanent contract - starting September 2026. Salary: £26,383.50 (FTE) plus OTE full commission and bonus roughly £1,900. Working 30 hours per week, 9 am - 3 pm Monday to Friday, term time only. Office based with flexible working options available.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Team manages school and group bookings for PGL's UK Adventure centres, generating over £60 million in revenue annually. In this role you will:

  • Interact with teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (cubs, scouts, guides, brownies) to book groups of children into our camps.
  • Manage all pre travel administration and ensure accurate records.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to meet customers' needs and secure future re bookings.
  • Handle most contact by telephone, delivering solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, helpful telephone manner.
  • A keen listener who appreciates customers' needs and offers attractive solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
