Customer Service Advisor - Temp

Role: Customer Service Advisor - Location: Middleton (M24). Salary: £25,445 per annum (£12.71 per hour) for 37.5 hrs/week, rotational shifts 7am-7pm.

Hybrid: one weekday and one weekend day working from home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
• Process orders with precision and care.
• Work closely with the operations team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Flexible approach - weekend availability is a must.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive, can do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Shift Patterns

Open from 7am-7pm; you'll work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends.

• 8am-4pm
• 9am-5pm
• 10am-6pm
• 11am-7pm
