AboutWe're recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team in Crawley, supporting people over the phone and providing a high standard of customer care.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to transition from retail, airport, hospitality, travel, passenger services, cabin crew, reception, or other customer-facing roles into a professional office based environment.

The Role- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients
- Provide information, support, and guidance in a professional and empathetic manner
- Resolve queries and ensure patients receive an excellent service experience
- Accurately update records and maintain confidential information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction on every interaction
- Reception, administration, or customer support roles
