Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid (Lisburn)

Decora Blind Systems Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Advisor based at our Lisburn head office. You will liaise with customers by phone and email, process orders, and maintain product knowledge across our window coverings range.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-focused environment and strong English communication. The position is office-based in Lisburn (BT28 2FL) with a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
