Customer Service Advisor - Blended Contact Center

Hull City Council is recruiting for a Customer Advisor to join the contact centre team in Hull. The role focuses on delivering high-quality information and assistance across Council Tax, Housing, Welfare/Benefits and Environmental Services, via phone, live chat and email.

Successful candidates will provide first point of contact resolution, support online self-service and work on a rota including weekends and public holidays. Full-time, permanent contract with enhanced weekend rate.
