Customer Service Advisor - 12-Month FTC (Inbound & Outreach)

Protyre Autocare is seeking motivated Customer Service Advisors on a 12-month fixed-term contract to enhance the customer journey. The role involves handling inbound sales calls and website live chat, plus outbound reminders and email inquiries, with training provided.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will strive to deliver excellent service standards, maintain a strong online reputation, and participate in an assessment centre after first-stage interviews.
