British Garden Centres continues to experience sustained growth, and we are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our Customer Service team on a part time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Working Pattern- 3 days per week
- Every other Saturday (9:30am-2:30pm)
- Weekdays: 9:00am-5:00pm
- As we approach our busy Festive Season, hours may increase to 4 days per week, including Sunday working
Based at our Brigg Garden Centre Offices, you will be part of a small, friendly, and dynamic team handling customer enquiries, event bookings, and supporting marketing activities. This role requires someone who is organised, confident, and able to work calmly under pressure.

- Collaborate with colleagues across the British Garden Centres Group to resolve issues
- Manage event bookings, queries, and amendments using internal systems
- Compile and produce reports using relevant data
- Maintain Family Card records and support related customer queries
- Provide support across customer service and marketing activities
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive records and financial information
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to support continuous improvement
