Customer Service Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Staines, TW18Salary: £20,000 per annum (£28,000 FTE)Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday)Working Pattern: Either 9:00am - 2:00pm or 12:00pm - 5:00pm

My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Customer Service Administrator to provide essential administrative and logistical support across the business on a part-time basis.

You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, consistently meeting internal KPIs and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and external enquiries
  • Take ownership of queries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Promote and maintain a strong customer service culture across the business

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support key workflows, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Identify delays, issues, or conflicts and work collaboratively to resolve them
  • Maintain accurate systems, records, and databases for efficient information management

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Attend internal or external meetings (remote or onsite), providing administrative support such as minute-taking and action tracking

Meetings & Event Support

  • Assist in organising meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Escalate scheduling issues promptly to ensure smooth service delivery
