Entry Level Sales Advisor (Full-Time Equivalent)

No previous sales experience is required. Our Brighton-based client is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and people-focused individuals to join their growing sales and customer service team.
With increasing client demand and continued growth, they're looking for new team members who are ready to get involved, learn from experienced individuals and build their skills through hands-on experience.
Who Are They Looking For
You don't need a background in sales - personality, attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
- Positive, proactive and ready to get stuck in
- Confident meeting and speaking with new people
- Professional, friendly and customer-focused
- Strong English communication skills
- Full-time equivalent availability - 4-5 full days per week, Mon-Sat
- Eligible for full-time work within the UK
What Will You Be Doing
- Represent well-known UK brands through face-to-face event sales campaigns across Brighton
- Meet and engage with customers, building rapport and creating positive interactions
- Develop practical sales, communication and customer service skills as you work
- Learn alongside experienced individuals, with guidance and support available throughout
