The role you'll do
This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with a 4-day working week. As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy inbound Customer Support & Sales department, you'll ensure customers have a great experience with first-time problem resolution. Using your sales skills, you'll up-sell products that meet customer needs while delivering excellent service to keep their worlds running smoothly.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Share new products with customers using your communication skills.
- Resolve customer queries or issues promptly.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and prioritize their interests.
- You can work remotely if you live far away; we provide all necessary equipment, requiring only broadband access.
- If within commuting distance, you can work on a hybrid basis at our new Nottingham office, which offers a modern collaborative environment.
What to expect:
- Complete a 4-week training program to learn systems, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Work a fixed shift pattern from Sunday to Wednesday, 35 hours per week, starting at 8 am.
- Two days per week will be 8.5 hours; two days will be 9 hours.
- We provide all equipment; broadband access is required.

Experience and skills required:
- Targeted sales experience.
