Customer Retention & Loyalty Specialist

Sytner Finance and the Specialist Division have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join the Divisional F&I Team as a Retention & Loyalty Specialist for our six Scottish businesses representing Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Bentley across Glasgow and Edinburgh.

This is a telephone-based role, so the successful candidate must be a self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and excellent communication skills with staff and customers at all levels.

Sytner has a proven track record of developing high-caliber individuals, making this role a great platform to launch a career in the Motor Trade or to gain an introduction into the Sales environment. It may suit a university graduate with customer service experience looking to start in the motor industry.

• Previous experience in telephone-based customer retention, customer service, or automotive industry experience within a Sales or Service role.
• You must live in Scotland and be able to commute daily to either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
