Job Description

At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role supports customers across all channels - from till transactions and inbound calls to product applications through digital sales. You will provide first class service in person, on phone and online - training will be provided.

It is an important role within the branch and is the gateway to protecting and looking after our customers, working closely as a team.

We need a Customer Representative for our branch in Thetford, Norfolk.

This branch is a multiskilled location and closes to the public every Monday and Wednesday. On these closure days you will support customers by taking calls on our savings line and also provide banking support. You will give the same level of exceptional service to customers with their everyday banking and savings enquiries over the phone.

This role is a 12 month secondment opportunity, working full or part time (28-35 hours per week), Monday to Saturday. If advertised part time the salary will be pro rata.

You must live within a 45 minute commute of the branch. For those outside this distance please check other vacancies closer to you.
