Housing Repairs Advisor
Contract Role | £20 per hour | London
We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Housing Repairs Advisor to join our clients contact centre on a contract basis. You'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs, logging requests accurately, and ensuring issues are routed to the right teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound repair enquiries via phone and email
- Diagnose and record repairs with accurate priority and trade allocation
- Book appointments and liaise with operatives/contractors
- Provide clear advice on repair processes and responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date records on internal systems
About You:
- Strong customer service/contact centre experience
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and working in a fast-paced environment
- Housing or repairs knowledge is essential
