Customer Relations Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

Transport for Wales is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide integral administration support across communications channels and assist the management team with reporting and data analysis.

You will handle customer queries, document information in the CRM, and prepare high-quality written responses within regulatory timescales. Welsh language skills are welcome but not essential.
