Job Description
Customer Quality Engineering Specialist - Short term

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations - from foundational services such as Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to new product features that distinguish AWS in the industry. As part of the UC organization, you'll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with customers requiring specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Annapurna Labs, part of AWS, is seeking a Customer Quality Engineering Specialist.

Key responsibilities
  1. Manage RMA filing, record keeping, routing, shipment control & tracking, failure analysis progress monitoring, reporting, and disposition control.
  2. Communicate with customers and fabrication representatives.
  3. Update and track RMA statistics and KPIs.
  4. Contribute to RMA tracking and analysis improvements.
  5. Write and maintain detailed technical documentation in English.

Minimum qualifications
  • Degree in Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in customer quality engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
