Role: Customer Operations SpecialistLocation: Tongwell, Milton Keynes - hybrid workingHours: 37.5 hours per week 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch and 15-minute break.Start: ASAPDuration: 12 months initiallyBasic Rate: £14.77 per hourYour New Role:In this role you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth day to day running of our contact centre operations.This is a fast paced, varied role where no two days are the same.
