Customer Operations Specialist - Onboarding & Service

Lloyds Bank plc, based in the Isle of Man, is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for a full time, permanent role with a hybrid pattern (two days in the office). The salary range is £28,776 to £30,290, and the contract runs for a fixed end date in 2026.

You will support customers through onboarding and servicing journeys, work across Client Delivery, and use digital tools to process requests accurately while meeting risk and regulatory requirements.
