Job Description
Customer Insights & Strategy Executive (f/m/d) 
As a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive, you will support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director in delivering insights and strategies to our top clients and in challenging commercial situations.
Key Tasks
- Data provisioning - transforming and formatting data for analysis
- Reviewing datasets for cleanliness
- Analysis - extracting key data points for presentations or further analysis
- Maintaining dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI)
- Assessing inbound requests for suitability
- Supporting presentation creation and data integration
- Collaborating with Client Services to review outcomes
- Translating complex data into clear stories for strategic insights
- Assisting with training content creation
- Monitoring workflow requests
- Attending client meetings (in person/online)
- Communicating data requests internally and externally
- Coordinating meetings and prioritization
- Staying updated on digital trends and technologies
Skills & Expertise
- 1+ years in online marketing
- Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Competent in Excel formulas
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in spotting trends
- Motivated to learn and understand the 'why'
- Basic knowledge of online marketing channels
