What you'll do
- Gather and analyse client feedback from surveys, complaints, social media, and other channels
- Benchmark insights against external data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate on strategies for improving client journeys and satisfaction
- Monitor client satisfaction and behavioural metrics, presenting findings regularly
What you bring
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling insights
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting visualisations
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of UK personal investing and experience with voice-of-client programmes
