Customer-Focused Admin & Order Fulfillment Specialist

HR GO Group is seeking an Administrator to join our Ashford admin team. You will handle customer interactions and order processing, keep records up to date, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the progress of ongoing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused applicants with proven admin or customer service experience. Monday to Friday 09:30 - 17:00, permanent position with a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
