Customer Experience Specialist (FTC) - Cannock

Briggs Equipment in Cannock is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Regional Service team. You will be the link between customers, engineers and regional teams, delivering a great customer experience and ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and professionally.

With 40-hour weeks and a six-month FTC, the role focuses on responding to enquiries, supporting engineers and keeping accurate records while contributing to regional KPIs and service levels.
