Customer Experience Specialist - First-Contact Support

Calor Gas Ltd. in Coryton, Essex is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries by phone and email and processing orders.

The position is permanent and full-time with a salary of £27,060 per annum plus London Allowance. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm with shifts allocated on a rotational basis, including some Saturday and bank holiday coverage.
