Customer Experience Specialist - Central Support

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional multi-channel service and build lasting relationships with customers. Based at our Central Support Office in Lasswade, you will work five days out of seven on a rota that includes weekends.

You will respond professionally, resolve issues at first contact where possible, and contribute to data reporting and loyalty records while supporting delivery and social media engagement.
