Customer Experience Specialist - Betting Retail

William Hill is recruiting for a shop retail colleague in Liverpool. You will welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries, demonstrate betting terminals, build relationships and champion safer gambling while supporting shop opening/closing tasks. Roles include a mix of retail duties with potential for progression.

Excellent customer service skills, empathy, and a welcoming manner are essential. Shifts vary across 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, with both full- and part-time options
