Customer Experience Specialist - 12-Month FTC

Santander Consumer Finance (SCUK) is hiring a Customer Experience Executive on a 12 Month FTC to join our Newport Pagnell & Milton Keynes offices. You will respond to customer queries and complaints across channels, explain procedures, and own issues through to resolution while complying with GDPR and data protection rules.

The role is hybrid, with at least 3 days weekly in Newport Pagnell for the first 6 months, then moving to Milton Keynes.
