Customer Experience Lead - Fashion Retail

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to join our Retail team on a 12-hour contract with weekend availability. You will lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the Shop Manager in driving commercial, visual and operational standards.

You'll coach and motivate staff, manage stock, promotions and KPI communication, and uphold Our Brand Values. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus and a proactive approach to sales and store performance.
